Do we need a permit?
Depends on your dream location-- all National Parks and BLM land require a permit. Permits need to be applied for online at least 60 days in advance!
when will I receive my images?
You will receive your sneak peeks within 48 hours, and you can expect your full gallery to be delivered within 4-6 weeks!
how many photos will i receive
Every elopement & intimate wedding is unique. I typically capture 50-100 photos per hour. For 4 hour packages, I will deliver at a minimum 200+ of the best photos that meet my standards. No worries, I will not leave out any special moments!
what if we've never been to the location?
No worries! I love exploring novel destinations, discovering hidden gems, and identifying the most alluring spots to spend time at. Typically, I arrive a day early to scout out the location and use Google Earth to plan extensively beforehand!
are your travel expenses included?
YES! My elopement packages are designed to provide you with an all-inclusive experience. This approach ensures that you are not burdened with the task of calculating expenses related to my flights, rental car, and accommodations. Furthermore, it relieves you of the responsibility of making these arrangements. Planning an elopement can be quite overwhelming, and my aim is to alleviate some of that stress. Let me handle these logistics, and you can focus on cherishing these special moments!
what if we're awkward on camera?
No need to feel anxious! As your trusted guide, I'll navigate you through your elopement with ease and offer support throughout the experience. A big part of my style is documenting my couples living in the moment so you don't have to worry about posing! You'll be surprised by how fantastic you'll look - and have a blast throughout your elopement!
can we bring our dog?
If your elopement location is dog-friendly, you can definitely do it! I am a dog mom to two huskies, so I understand the importance of including them in your special day.
how many guests can we bring?
I am happy to accommodate up to 20 guests for elopements and 20-50 guests for intimate weddings. Please keep in mind that having more guests could limit location options. 20-50 guests will upgrade you to an intimate wedding package!
what if the weather is bad?
Unless the weather is so bad that it is a risk to our safety, most likely we will embrace the rain and wind. It actually makes for quite stunning and memorable photos. I also set aside additional time for each elopement to see if the weather will clear up! On top of that, I'll keep a close eye on the weather and keep you updated leading up to your big day!
Do we have to hike in our dress/suit?
You don't need to hike in your dress or suit if you don't want to! You can pack it in a garment bag and attach it to your pack. If you feel uncomfortable changing behind a tree, I can bring a pop-up tent for you to change in!
