Hey friend! I'm Sheryl!
My husband and best friend in the whole world is John. We've been together for over 11 years and we love traveling and living life together! We have a daughter named Theo who we love more than anything and is our entire world! We are also dog parents to our huskies, Kaia & Nova, and we love them so much (even if every corner in our home is covered in their fur)!
Although I picked up my first professional camera in 2018, my love for photography dates back to when I was a little girl. Capturing moments has always been a big part of my life thanks to my parents! They always had a camera at the ready to capture moments of me & my sisters, and it taught me that every moment is fleeting, precious, and worth capturing. Looking back at our photos, I am reminded of the power of these memories. Photographs serve as reminders that we can relive and pass down to future generations the love and joy we experienced. These moments are proof that we made an impact on this world and that our lives are worth remembering.
I believe that couples should have the freedom to celebrate their love in a way that truly reflects their personalities and relationships, and this is why I love doing what I do!
After I photographed my first elopement, I discovered my true calling and decided to focus my art on capturing intimate weddings and elopements.
I was approached by a couple who asked me to help them plan and photograph their special day doing the things they love most, with a few of their closest loved ones accompanying them on their adventure. It was a beautiful and breathtaking experience to witness them focus only on each other, surrounded by the most stunning views, hiking, and exploring with their family.
This experience inspired me to empower other couples to have similar adventure experiences for their elopement and to help them plan a day that truly reflects their relationship instead of feeling obligated to follow traditional wedding expectations that often cause stress and anxiety. By providing personalized planning, timeline creation and management, permit assistance, and location scouting, while using creative imagery through GIFs and drone shots, I want to help my couples have the most incredible elopement experience in whatever epic destination they choose!

From our first call, I could feel Sheryl’s excitement and passion for what she did. As a type A girly, I loved how organized and detailed Sheryl was. From her intake form to our Zoom calls to texts and emails back-and-forth, I knew Sheryl would carry out our day exactly how we envisioned it. And she did just that! We are over the moon at how our photos turned out. Sheryl was our biggest hype man, kept us (mainly me) calm and collected when things didn’t pan out the way we expected, and weathered every storm with grace. She captured our day perfectly.

From planning out our adventures, and even scouting the day before at each location, she helped with everything. She was always in constant communication from the first day we reached out to her, till the day that our gallery was sent to us. Our photos truly captured the pure bliss and love that we felt in each moment, and we will cherish them forever. We were so comfortable with traveling with Sheryl throughout our multi-day elopement, and had so much fun as well! We truly don't know what magic Sheryl has in her, as well as those cameras of hers, but every picture was so magically beautiful, and we love her so much (I mean, she even slept in an igloo for us, how could we not?!).
