Once we connect over Zoom and make sure we’re the perfect fit, I’ll send over a simple online booking proposal with your contract and invoice. To officially reserve your date, all that’s needed is a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer.

What is the maximum guest count we can have?
Yes! After the 50% non-refundable retainer is paid to secure your date, the remaining balance can be split into 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 payments, based on what feels most comfortable for you. All payments are simply required to be completed 30 days before your elopement day.

Elopements are ideal for up to 20 guests to keep location options open. Celebrations with 21–50 guests are possible, but larger groups do limit available locations due to permit and space restrictions.

Please note that I do not provide event design, décor setup, or breakdown services—my role is focused on guiding the logistics and overall experience of your elopement day.

I always encourage embracing the weather—rain and fog can create incredibly moody, beautiful moments. If conditions become unsafe or dangerous, we’ll work together to reschedule or adjust plans to keep everyone safe.

Absolutely—if the location is dog-friendly! As a dog mom to two huskies, I completely understand how important it is to include your pup and will help guide you toward locations where they’re welcome.

Not at all. Most couples choose to change at the location or carry their outfits and hike in comfortable clothing. We’ll plan whatever feels best for you and your experience.
